You must use your real name, and you must agree to let PNN publish your stories on its site as well as on its sponsor's sites.Your story can be as long as you like, just try to keep your audience engaged. If you include photos in the story make sure you give details about who took the shot, and if someone else is shown, you should get their name and permission from that person to have it published.
Stories must be original and unpublished up to the time the winners are declared in August, 2008. All rights remain with the author.
Applicants should submit their stories on PNN sites. It is perfectly acceptible to have a family member or teacher start the site for you. If, however, you don't have access to a computer or the internet, or are unable for any reason to start a PNN site we are ready to do it for you and help you with any accommodations or modifications necessary to make sure that you are successful working with our websites and contest rules.

How to add a 'Tag' your article
How to add a 'Tag' your article
Tags are simply words or phrases that get attached to articles or photos that describe what the subject is. They make it very easy to find the articles later just by searching for that tag.Adding the contest tag to your article puts the story on the contest search page, and makes it easy for our judges (and anyone else) to locate it later.
To add the tag, just write your story, then at the bottom of the article box you'll see a text box labelled 'Tags'. Just put in the word 'greatcontest' into that box - that's it.
